“How do we actually acquire customers repeatedly and predictably?” That was Zach’s biggest struggle before joining Gym Launch. He had no way to attract new members to the gym which meant no growth in his revenue. His acquisition strategy could be described as “If you build it they will come”, but he quickly learned that is not that case. Now that he has a system to acquire new clients on demand, money is no longer a constraint. Zach added $12/mo in revenue to his bottom line and no longer has to worry about creating structure for himself, his employees, or his clients.
