
Bill V. had never owned a gym before. Not even close.

"Is that a good reason to buy a business? Absolutely not, But I did see an opportunity and I thought, you know, this product's amazing. I can make this work."
Bill took over Grinders Fitness in September 2023. Within ten days of owning the business, reality hit hard.
"I realized quickly, I have no clue what I'm doing."

Bill doubled his gym's revenue in one year with zero experience running a gym.
